| As the weather gets nice and hot all over the southeast, I want to encourage everyone to get outside and continue (or start) training. Everywhere you are, feel free to setup some meetups in the Sessions forums or in the States forums. We've got a big community here at Overflux and people everywhere are looking for other traceurs. Start getting a regular training schedule going if possible. To those not posting, remember EVERYONE IS INVITED to participate in anything that gets posted in that Sessions forums. Now get out there. Have fun, be safe, and go train! |

tab, when you land a jump you're probably landing wrong and letting your knee go past your big toe. this put strain on the joint and not the muscle... take some time off and just do body weight squats, feet shoulder with apart, comfortable stance and don't let your knee go past you toes. FS, it grows all over the place at my apartment complex so I just go outside, pick some leaves and wash them off. it's good, healthy and most importantly... FREE

For some reason my knee really hurts under the knee cap. Sometimes it'll be fine but then when I'm walking it'll hurt and sometimes it almost feels like its going to pop when I turn my leg. Sup with Dat?

btw, I do that during my breaks, so no stretching or hard-muscle stuff required. Great for quick but fun and effective training.
